Penny Tenpenny brings unique talents along with her honest, full of life approach to the Keller Williams Team.  With over 25 years in Sales Experience, Penny comes to us from 21st Century Christian where she served as Sales Coordinator for Various Promotions. She has given workshops all across the United States teaching teachers how to be visually stimulating, and how to teach to learn using proven methods. 

As a proud Nashvillian for 55 years, Penny has a passion for doing things right. She knows that cultivating relationships means listening closely to her client's needs and desires and servicing them completely. She believes her market to be one of the best investment areas in the country. She welcomes the priviledge to guide you through the home buying/selling process.

Penny also believes in bringing families together into a community that meets their needs, whether large familes, single dwellings, or special housing. Her goal is to bless each client serving them as if they were her only one.

Penny serves her clients in many other ways than just relocating, upgrading their living space,  downsizing, or investing.  She prays for them most every day asking God to direct their decisions in all areas of their lives.
