Refund Policy
We appreciate all of our listing subscribers on NashvilleHomes.com. NashvilleHomes.com charges for subscriptions on a monthly basis. All subscriptions to NashvilleHomes.com are final upon billing. To avoid any future subscription charges please make sure you have logged in and canceled your subscription prior to the next monthly billing cycle. If you have signed up under a free trial you may cancel at anytime prior to that months billing without charge. If there is an instance where we have had continual technical issue that has kept your listing or advertisement from running we will provide a credit in the amount of the purchase for future advertisement. To cancel a subscription you may do so through your personal user account at anytime. Please contact our technical support or your sales rep if you need someone to walk you through this process.

Note: Technical issues mentioned above must be documented by our data center and not by an individual user. We must be able to provide proof that our site was down and that it was not simply a personal computer error.
